Refund policy

Returns and Cancellations

All DanceDad3D items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size, color, or item.

You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order by emailing dancedad3d@gmail.com. Cancellation requests are accepted only if printing has not started on any item in your order. Once any part of your order has been printed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded due to a cancellation request—even within the first 48 hours.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email dancedad3d@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
