Thank you for shopping with DanceDad3D! Each item is made to order and carefully prepared for shipment.

Production & Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product listing.

This timeframe covers production and preparation. Shipping transit time is additional.

If we anticipate a significant delay, we’ll contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates begin after your order ships and are not guaranteed.

Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your destination and available shipping options. Any applicable free-shipping offer will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show the carrier’s first scan.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email dancedad3d@gmail.com immediately.

We’ll do our best to update the address before shipment. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once a shipping label has been created or the package has been handed to the carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact dancedad3d@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

If an item arrives damaged, please include clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping claim. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order and are accepted only if printing has not started on any item in your order.

Once any part of your order has been printed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded due to a cancellation request—even within the first 48 hours.

For changes to size, color, or other order details, contact us immediately. Changes are subject to production status and cannot be guaranteed.

These cancellation terms do not limit your rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered goods, or other rights under applicable law.
